July 11th - 17 Plans

Okay so if you have goals but don't make the plans to accomplish them then you never will. So I am going to work on doing weekly plans for myself.
Sunday - I weighed in at 194.6 pounds. That is down from Friday but I didn't to to Spark it because I probably just lost a lot of water running yesterday. Day off from working out. Yard work if the weather is okay. Also getting the house back in order after vacations/visitors. Cook for the week. Walk if I feel like it.
Monday - Weight training class. Eat within the low/medium side of my calories (1800-2100).
Tuesday - Have a good Cardio day, but keep it realistic with the weather. Goal, to burn 700-1000 calories. Stretch after working out. eat at the higher range if hungry (up to 2400)
Wednesday - Cardio make up day. Burn the calories I am missing out on Tuesday or get extras if the weather is good. Eat according to work done.
Thursday - 6 AM Boot Camp. Kick butt. Eat at the higher end. Jog/walk in the PM
Friday - Work out day off. Keep calories under control
Saturday - Long run distance based on weather. Good weather 12+, bad weather less.
No picking at my nails.
No eating after 7pm
Okay, I think that's everything.
