I'm trying extra hard, today

Sunday, July 11, 2010

Before I got up, this morning, I was having some major-league blue moments: nothing is ever going to change; we're never going to be healthy again; how can we afford to keep going to school, but how can we afford to not get our degrees and hope for a better job and a better future; etc. emoticon

Now, I'm up, the sun is shining, I'm paying attention to everything I'm eating for breakfast (instead of cookies! I had a banana, cinnamon french toast, and orange juice). I've made myself some Celestial Seasonings Wild Berry iced tea and I'm getting ready to finish up this weeks homework. emoticon

I can do this.

I'm going back to school this year and I just found out how much I'm getting for a student loan which is nowhere near enough for what I need. So I understand the whole "how can we afford to go to school vs. how can we afford not to get degrees". All you can do is focus on today and keep thinking positive!
