starting my day with depression

starting my day with depression , i gained another one kilo after starting my diet ..
what a day .. do i have to weight myself everyweak without looking at the scale ..

what a depression for starting a diet .. anyways .. still in progress .. and i will have tuna salad for lunch today .. maybe i will lose that kilo emoticon

    Hang in there and don't give up! Remember that weight will go up and down a bit sometimes, in the weight loss process. Overall, if you stick with exercise and eating right, you will see a difference...sometimes it just takes a little while to get your body thinking the right way.

    Things to think about:
    1) are you eating enough? Be sure you're not starving yourself - that actually makes it harder to lose weight, believe it or not. Check out SP's nutrition tools to be sure you are getting enough calories every day.
    2) have you started an exercise schedule yet? It is the combo of healthy eating + exercise that will really make a difference. Check out the "28-Day Bootcamp Challenge" team for a great way to start a daily exercise routine.
