10 lbs down!

since i have been working out and controlling what i eat, i have lost 10 lbs. after going on a vacation and cheating for a day and a half i have stopped loosing. i am enjoying working out for the first time in years. today i was actually able to hang and do 15 crunches in the air. i have never been able to do that before! i hope my progress continues.
