July Goals Progress--Week 1

Here are the July goals that I posted last week:
1) 250 exercise minutes per week, starting 07/04/10 -07/10/10.
2) At least one bike ride per week ( I haven't gotten on my bike in over a year, but I'm inspired by one of my Sparkfriends, who is a biking phenomenon).
3) Continue with stress-reducing techniques, to avoid stress eating.
4) Keep my desktop neat and tidy.
This week, I got almost 300 exercise minutes. Goal 1-met. I didn't ride my bike. The East coast got hit with a heat wave, and being hypothyroid, I don't have very good heat tolerance. And today was rainy all day. Goal 2-not met. I have knitted, done yoga, meditated, and stress-journaled all week. Goal 3-met. I have kept my desktop neat and tidy. In fact, all that's on it are my laptop computer, 3 rocks from Seapoint Beach in Kittery, Maine, a rose quartz that my grandfather collected, a blue ink jar that I found buried in my backyard as a child, a crystal bluebird of happiness that my mom gave me while I was going through a major depression, and a painted wooden bobblehead turtle that my husband and I bought while dating. Ready for any impromptu art or craft project I might want to do. Goal 4-met.
