Oh that dreaded plateau once again! UGH!! Let's see if I can't ramp this up and move it on down to 150!

1. Nutrition: eat 5 servings of freggies every day (at least one with every meal and two snacks).

Monday: Cardio Tennis (60 mins); Arms ST
Tuesday: run 50 minutes, walk 15
Wednesday: Cardio Tennis (60 mins); Abs ST
Thursday: run 50 minutes (+sprint strides), 10 min. walk
Friday: Elliptical (20 mins); bike (20 mins)
Friday Night/Saturday morning: Relay for Life walk-a-thon
Sunday: run 7 miles

Oops! Was supposed to run 7 miles today, but accidentally got a week ahead and did the 4 for next week! That means that I'll do the 7 next weekend instead. My bad!
