1 More hugs .... at least 10 a day X 5 days
2 more back rubs..... give one, get 1 4 X's next week
3 be sure to get alone time- at least 60 mins a day
4 focus on my core, strengthen, awareness- breathe into my belly and focus on it. Hmm- 3 times a day goal.
5 Keep tracking in the madness.
6 It's a treat- watch the portions.
I'm going to a wedding- and leaving on Tuesday. I'll be with my family. 1 & 2 are pretty much a guarantee! So 3, 4 5 & 6 are the 'watch what goes on, stay centered' stuff.
