Despite eating lunch out for 2 days my weight is down :) 141.7 !!!!
That a 2.6 loss since Monday and 2.3 since last Friday...
The main difference in my eating has been slightly smaller portions, eating a little slower and curb my snacking... I still have my piece(s) of dark chocolate with my cup of tea in the afternoon.
It may just be my "lean time" which happens to me a bout once a year.. I get closer to the 140 mark and then I can't sustain it and go up again... For the last 3 years I've been bopping between 141 and 145 (sometimes even higher the last year..)
Let's hope I can break the pattern this year!!!
