So it begins again. I'm trying to lose some weight again. I always seem to gain over the winter and it didn't help that I worked at a donut shop this year! Though I'm not in bad shape, just need to get fit again. I've joined the local YMCA and have been walking every day. I did five miles today outside, so no gym visit. I may go tomorrow. I may wait until Saturday. The point is to have options and not get bored.

I'm also a full time college student now and going through a divorce. It's been hard but I'm getting through it. I am hoping to use sparkpeople more this time around and keep up any weight loss through the winter!! :)

    I wish you all the best in reaching your goals. I know how hard it can be to try to live a healthy lifestyle with stress! I am trying to do this while in college too, and its tough, but it can be done! :)
