Week 2 is DONE! Yay!
This morning's run was tough- my body felt kinda sluggish and I got my first side stitch (since starting C25k, that is) which was annoying. But I've read an article about deep breathing when that happens, so I was able to push through it. Also, I normally have a Clif organic Z Bar before I go, but we ran out...so I grabbed some trail mix, but it just didn't cut it. Definitely going to the store for some more Z Bars today!
I'm super proud of myself for finishing the second week! Week 3 is a little intimidating because it jumps from 90 seconds of running to a full 3 minutes, but I know I can do it!!!
