Weigh-In Week #3 - Biggest Loser Summer Challenge Day #1

After three weeks here on SP, it finally happened - my first week that I didn't lose any weight. I didn't gain any weight either and that's the best part. So, I'm still 197 but I did finally get around to doing some things that I should have done three weeks ago - I took my other body measurements.
After reading blogs by both Carly216 and Nascarchick, I learned the importance of tracking my other measurements. Losing inches is just as important as losing pounds, especially on those weeks where I don't lose any weight but rather only inches.
I've also entered the Walk Away the Pounds - Sisters in Sweat Biggest Loser Summer Challenge. In order to join the contest, I had to send in a picture of my feet on a scale - LOL
There's some kind of prize at the end (don't remember what it is) but it doesn't matter; I'm not doing it for that. I just like the idea of working towards a goal and the accountability of it all; that motivates me.
So, I'll be reporting on the challenge and my results from time to time as well as my other diet and exercise goals. I'm getting really excited about my program now and it's actually been really fun doing this - so far.
