New goal

I'm putting this in writing as I seem to be more incline to follow through with it that way.
I have a new goal ... to lose 12 kilos, by the 31st of December 2010.
I'm back to baby steps and taking one day at a time. I'm focusing on all the little things that will help me to achieve this goal and I am determined that I will get back on track and achieve it...
