So I just bit the bullet and went back to exercising and eating better! I went and swam laps tonight at the Y. This was my workout...
swam 20 laps=0.31 miles, burned 989 calories!
I am planning on going back tomorrow morning and swimming more laps. I love to swim over anything else. When I was younger I swam on a swimteam and LOVED it, so this is right up my alley! Biking has been a newer passion of mine too. So I think if I can switch it all up some I will be in pretty good shape.
