... is going public. Because some of the products in Israel are different, I either manually entered them, or I enter something that I believe to be the closest equivalent that is already listed in the SparkPeople database (it's super time consuming to enter in new things all the time).

As for workouts, I also guesttimate a little, because I don't always know how fast I'm going. I run and bike outside, as opposed to on a machine.

I REALLY, REALLY could use some feedback and encouragement.

    Thanks! Yes, I use Google Maps (map my run doesn't work so well in Israel but I"ve used it in the U.S.) to track distance, and I use a timer on my watch to track time. Some things like yoga or pilates or some DVDs I have don't have an exact match on Spark People.

    That's awesome! Do you wear a heart rate monitor? I do and that's how I track what I burn calorie wise. I also know there are websites out there that you can put in the starting location and ending point and it will tell you the distance ( for running and biking) so that you can see how far you have gone. I believe you can do this in the fitness tracker on sp where it says my route. Hope this helps. emoticon
