had a lot to think about over the weekend and came to the conclusion that people hold back saying things that are sometimes more important than they think. Sometimes this is do to embarrassement. Rejection, fear of being laughed at. Who knows, probably a billion in ten reasons to not tell someone something you should have. Maybe people just don't take the time to stop and tell someone "you know I appreciate xyz", or "you know you really do have the power to do whatever you want", "you know you really effected my life..". I have to wonder about all the things that people haven't said to me. Things I probably would have liked to hear or things maybe I didn't. I think of all the things I haven't said that I should have. Perhaps it means nothing at all, maybe I'm over estimating the value of saying how you feel or what you think you should say-
who knows but still life is good

Make today count. This is something I heard years ago at a seminar when my Mom was very ill. I try to live my life this way. So if I love someone I tell them that often, if I think of someone I usually give them a call, a text or a post on here or FB. I f I see someone at the store who needs a hug and just a quick "Hi" I don't hesitate. Tomorrow may not be so I make today count as much as I can.
