I started thinking the other day "how do I stay motivated?"
One of the ways is that I take a picture of myself every 10 lb weight loss.. or if thats taking too long, at least every 4-6 weeks. I then compare the pictures and there is always a difference. This helps me to see where I was and where I am going. My sparkpage is a testimony to that. I will always keep my before picture there, cuz I am not going back there...EVER!!! yes thats a strong word, but in this case..never, ever, ever, ever!!!!!
I love the way I feel, i have a lot more energy, i feel better about myself, and I am already shopping in the regular womens department now...WOOHOO!!!
I always loved who I am, but now my outside is really starting to reflect my inside! I will stay with this health journey. Why give up? where am I going anyway? might as well make it a fun, healthy journey instead of one that I regret!
