July is a new month

For July, I have decided to follow the 28-day boot camp to really focus on fitness and nutrition. I am disappointed that I did not lose in June but gained. I want to be down 10 pounds in July and I know I can do it.
Focus on vegetables and fruits, exercise daily and I am going to follow the DVD cardio SparkPeople system. I am really going to focus on the nutrition too.
I know I can do it! Focus! Focus! Focus!
