My INDEPENDENCE Challenge Goals - Getting Ready for a Hot Date! ;)

In my previous blog about the INDEPENDENCE Challenge that will begin tomorrow and conclude on 8/6/10, I asked that before you go to sleep on Monday 7/5/10, determine at LEAST one goal that you would like to accomplish by the end of the challenge.


My goals are to regain consistency in the following areas:

1. Doing my quick A.M. workouts, even if it's just 5 minutes of dancing, 50 crunches or 10 REAL push ups

2. Drink at LEAST 100 oz. of water a day

3. Strength Train at LEAST three days a week along with my regular cardio routine

4. SPARK more and FACEBOOK less

And the GRAND DIVA goal of them all relates to my **HOT DATE**

I plan to be down at least one dress size so that I can comfortably rock the dress pictured below:

Now, at this point I don't YET have any definitive plans for my hot date with this dress...but at the minimum, I will get all gussied up and this dress and I will either take in some of the culture of the city or a night of extreme cardio on the dance floor! emoticon

I am sooooo ON TO THE NEXT ONE DRESS SIZE DOWN!!! emoticon
