Independence Challenge 7/6/10-8/6/10

Well for this challenge i will declare my independence from my emotional eating habit....especially when i'm stress out and just bored on the weekends, Also i'll improve my discipline on the strength training part and follow the plan i created with spark fitness help.
My goal for this challenge is TO FIT ON A SIZE 10!!!! and DRINK 64oz OF WATER!!!!!!.
So here are my initial measurements
Well let's see how much i can shed during this month.

After just a week in my challenge I noticed that i've been drinking more water
(SPECIAL THANKS TO ANEWLEE FOR KEEPING ME ON TRACK..YOU ARE A GREAT PARTNER) and also i've been more conscious about the choices I make at snack time...I realized that most of the time it's just thirst instead of hunger. Also I've been improving a little bit when it comes to eat at stressing moments so
didn't loose any weight but I lost inches which is also good
Well we are a little bit over half way into the challenge. I didn't weight in this morning but i feel with more energy everyday....my water consumption has been increasing (special thanks to Mother nature...and the heat waves..LOL), but seriously i've been doing good.
