This Week and Half-Marathon Training Plan

It's time to get back on track AGAIN! Yes, I do this quite often. The good news is that I usually always get back on track! So, here's my schedule for the week:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Elliptical/Bike/Arms ST (DONE)
Tuesday: Run 50 minutes
Wednesday: Crossramp/Stairstepper/Ab ST
Thursday: Run 40 minutes
Friday: Bike/Crossramp
Saturday: Run 7 miles

Now here's my training plan for the rest of my half-marathon training. Oh! And DANCINGEARTHMOM is my training partner. LOVE HER! Together we can do it all!

Week of July 11-17
Tuesday/Thursday: run 50 minutes (+sprint strides on Thurs)
Saturday: run 4 miles
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: crosstrain & ST

Week of July 18-24
Tuesday/Thursday: run 50 minutes (+sprint strides on Thurs)
Saturday: Run 8 miles
Mon/Wednes/Friday: crosstrain & ST

Week of July 25-31
Tuesday: Run 60 mins
Thursday: run 50 minutes (+sprint strides)
Saturday: Run 6 miles
Mon/Wednes/Friday: Crosstrain and ST

Week of August 1-7
Tuesday: run 60 minutes
Thursday: run 50 minutes +sprint strides
Saturday: Run 10 miles
Mon/Wednes/Friday: crosstrain and ST

Week of August 8-14
Tuesday/Thursday: Run 60 minutes (+sprint strides Thurs)
Saturday: Run 12 miles
Mon/Wednes/Friday: crosstrain and ST

Week of August 15-21
Tuesday/Thursday: run 60 minutes (+sprint strides Thurs)
Saturday: run 13 miles
Mon/Wednes/Friday: crosstrain and ST

Week of August 22-28
Tues/Thurs: run 60 minutes (+sprint strides Thurs)
Saturday: run 14 miles
Mon/Wednes/Friday: crosstrain and ST

Week of August 29-September 4
Tues/Thursday: run 60 mins (+sprint strides Thurs)
Saturday: run 10 miles
Mon/Wednes/Friday: crosstrain and ST

Week of September 5-11
Tues/Thursday: run 40 mins (+sprint strides Thurs)
Saturday: run 5 miles
Mon/Wednes/Friday: crosstrain and ST

Week of September 12-18
Tues/Thurs: run 30 mins
Saturday: run 20 mins
Mond/Wednes/Friday: crosstrain and ST

September 19: Crossroads 1/2 Marathon!

    Heck yes we can do it! Love the plan!!!!!! I'm going to work on mine tonight and probably post it soon. Promise! I might be taking tomorrow off from the gym because I am sick (boo) but we shall see!! I'll be joining you! ANd I need some pushing hahaha.
