Adding, again

Grrr I guess I did officially gain that weight since it has been playing with my wieght scale. So I am back to 147, I will change it when I am done with this.

On the one hand I feel so depressed about it. I did eat some decadent truffle chocolate pieces. I also got off my tush this morning before the heat hit and went for my 4 ml walk/jog, I mean my jog/walk. I am getting so close to being able to jog that whole thing. I am definetly excited about that. I have never been a jogger, but it turns out I may be turning into one. Don't hold your breath for running though. LOL

I also managed to start the beginner bikini workout from spark. I wanted to change up my routine a bit and thought this might be the ticket. I will try to switch to medium in 2-3 weeks. It was a bit boring compared to Jillian's stuff but not bad.
