Goals for July

Goals for the month of July!

1. Finish organising my kitchen.

2. Continue to work on eating at home.

3. Track EVERYTHING I eat no matter how bad a day I have

4. Eat breakfast at home every day by the end of July

5. Exercise 240 minutes per week

6. Start getting up early to go swimming at least 1 time per week

7. Blog/Vlog at least 2 times per week

8. Keep my team goals tracked and up to date.

9. Work on making healthier food choices, but not worrying about portion sizes. As long as I eat nutritious foods, I can have as much as I want.

10. Limit the not so healthy foods lol.

11. Swim across the lake and back at the cottage, I hope to do this by the end of the summer. I also don't know how far it actually is. I'll try and find out. It's a narrow lake though so it wouldn't be more than a km I think.
