Getting it in at the Gym

OMG I am so loving working out again. my energy level is up, stress is down and I haven't had a migraine in 2 weeks. emoticon Getting up and going to the gym is no longer a chore for me I am actually finding myself looking forward to each day. I did my first kickboxing class today and boy do I feel it in my legs and arms. It is 12:33 and according to my Go Wear Fit I have already burned 1710 calories walked 4440 steps got in 41 minutes of moderate activity and 20 minutes of vigorous activity. Tomorrow I don't think I am going to be able to make it to the gym because a doctor's appointment but that doesn't mean I am not going to workout I will figure something out.

Today is weight day and I got on the scale this morning and to my surprise I have lost 6lbs I am currently sitting at 192lbs so my two week total is 9lbs 11 more to go before I reach my 1st 10% goal. I can't wait.
