Now people there is something i've noticed about losing weight that i feel i need to share for the benefit of those who want to start to see result faster. In my weightloss journey, i have notice that exercise plays a big role in my shedding pounds; irrespective of how strenous or how light. When i was only watching what i ate, weightloss was really slow until i added exercise which i now do every morning (faithfully) as well as walk 30 mins home from my bus stop. I can tell you everything has changed, from losing weight faster to gaining more strength to looking so firm and all toned up. Now i can jump out of bed and set out doing my activities without any tiredness whatsoever (unlike before).
So my advice is start walking; that was where i started from. From 10mins, 20, 30, 40 to 1 hr and over the past two months, i have added running around my dinning table 700 times with about 3kg dumbells in both hands. Oh please don't forget that this was not an easy fit when i first started. I think i first started by adding 50 run round the dinning table till i graduated to 700 times run.
Most important thing here is to push yourself, you will be shocked at the amount of strength you have; from there you increse gradually and you also see yourself gaining more strength that you want more each new day just as it is for me today.
