Tomorrow is a new day!! Take my advice, and work your butt off workout wise once the weekend is done! I do the same thing tho.. When I feel I have accomplished something big, like see a huge weight loss on my scale, or fit into something I didn't think I would be able to... I find that that is when I eat the things I shouldn't.. its soooo weird. Self sabotage? perhaps... but it totally is weird. Have a great evening!!!
