This morning I completed the first day of week 2! This week is 90 seconds of jogging alternating with 2 minutes of walking. It wasn't bad at all. I was a little anxious about doing the 6 intervals of jogging since the 1 minute runs were tough, but I did it! To be honest, there were old ladies walking faster than I was jogging, but I don't care! My goal is to literally just DO it...no matter how slow I go, haha. I still freak out when I think about having to jog for several minutes at a time (let alone a full 30!) but I'm also trying to just focus on what's directly in front of me- to tackle this week and this day, rather than getting all worked up about 6 weeks from now. And for today, I did pretty darn good!
