One more thing to shake my head over. It sounds like it is not a widespread belief among medical professionals, but there are doctors who are teaching and treating their patients for this "ailment". I went to Wikpedia to read more about Orthorexia nervosa since I believe the website you linked tends to exaggerate a bit. (They have good information sometimes that is not in mainstream news, but I find the way he exaggerates and bashes others distasteful). Anyway, they listed a bunch of diagnostic questions and if anyone answers more than 2 yes, they are believed to have this ailment.
Nonsense! And scary that anyone believes this!
