Holiday Committment

Trying to loose wt is NOT working this time of year. I was watching the biggest looser last night and had to admire their committment to exercise. So that's the direction I'm heading in, more and harder exercise. I'd like to tone up and get stronger and have more endurance. Right now I'm indoor biking at work. I need to get on the bowflex more at home and continue wt training and walking at work. Avoiding the holiday goodies couldn't hurt either. somedays thay have no attraction and other days...can't stay away. Wish me luck, Skinny
