3 Weeks Out

I broke into the 120's this past week which feels like a huge accomplishment for me! I don't really ever remember being in the 120's as an adult. I think even in high school & college I was in the low 130's. It makes me happy to know that I've stuck with a diet & exercise program long enough to see that happen!

I had posing practice this am. and that went pretty well. I'm definitely confident with my quarter turns and getting there with my modified positions. I think I'll be ok with the posing come showtime. I'm planning on practicing every day now. My suit isn't ready yet but should be this week! The seamstress had to add the crystals but should be done soon!

Training has been going well with Rusty. I'm lifting with him 4 times/week now. I've slimmed down considerably in my stomach but still have a little stubborn pooch and some loose skin there. My biggest trouble spots are still my lower abs & glutes/hamstrings area. I've *heard* that big changes can still occur in the last 3 weeks so I'm counting on it :)

TRYING to stay on track with the diet but I have to admit, the closer I am, the harder it is to stay 100% clean. Any little varience from my diet is sabotaging my efforts for sure. Just hoping to get lean enough at this point.

I'm anxious for this to be done with. I'm just feeling a lot of pressure.
