July Goals

My goals for July are as follows:
1. Lose 2lbs a week, or 8lbs for the month (GW=233.2);
2. Complete weeks 2 through 5 of C25k;
3. Average 120 minutes of cardio per week;
4. Run/walk 8 miles a week;
5.Track food every single day.

I'm totally confident that I can meet all these goals! Here's to a great July!
