Back on track finally

Saturday, July 03, 2010

Since having my surgery back in october i have lost a total of 78lbs but for the last 3 months nothing but i know why i was eating a lot of stuff that i should not like chocolate, biscuits, ice cream ect ect..but finally motivated to start again I am into day 3 of a 3 day fast drinking green tea and water and have lost 5lbs in the last 2 days also started to exercise again something else i had let slip, the Grandchildren have broken up from school for the summer so i hope ton be doing lots of stuff with them to stay motivated.
I have set myself a goal of 26lbs by september when i have to go back and see the surgeon, I was under the impression that now i have a very small stomach i could eat just what in wanted and the weight would drop off like a miracle haha was i wrong I now realise that i have to work at it to, so i have now found the motivation to get back on track logging what i eat and drinking plenty also exercising something i have just let slide.
So i am hoping to stay as motivated as i am today and reach my goal only 23lbs to go!!!!
