Evolving Routine ...

I had some health issues and was unable to workout for a month. I am still doing low-carb, but now I am on a low oxalate/Atkins plan. The Dr. took away my almonds and spinach ... 2 things I was eating every day.

I will work back up to my HIIT (high intensity interval training) and my weight training. I am walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes 3 Xs a week, weights 3 Xs a week (building my routine back up), YOGA (yes I said yoga) 3 Xs a week and I joined a walking group that meets 5 times a week in the evening. We walk 3-8 miles, changing our route each time.

I have 20.8 pounds to go and I am determined to get it off in a timely fashion.

More power to everyone! NEVER GIVE UP - on your dreams. NEVER SURRENDER - to failure.

    You are doing emoticon Christy!! Just 20.8 lbs to go? WOW! You'll get there soon, that's for sure.
    I am not exactly doing Induction, but I keep my carbs low and finally I am NOT ADDICTED TO SUGAR! I bought some low carb ice cream bars and only allowed myself 2 today. Used to be I'd eat the whole box! Really! I have control now. Carbs don't seize my every thought. Got rid of the gas and indigestion too!

    Aren't special diets lovely?? ;) I am now off gluten AND dairy so I can feel the pain of giving up things you are used to having every day! I hope you recover quickly and meet your goals! emoticon
