    Great video blog and a wonderful assistant helping you with that camcorder. At Walmart you can find ground milled flax seed to add to your shakes. Great natural fiber that helps keeping you regular. All you need is to add one tablespoon. I also add a banana to the vanilla protein shake. It's wonderful. Enjoy your holiday weekend! Hugs, Keke
