Kettlebell Basics - Clean

A great cardio stand alone exercise or stepping stone to other moves, IMHO, the clean is one of the more difficult KB exercises to master.

More tips:
- when the KB is in the lower position, hold it so that your thumb is pointing behind you, in rack position, the thumb is still pointing back.
- if your hip snap is weak, cleaning the KB off the floor instead from the knees sometimes helps to generate enough power.

    That's kind of like rowing -- people see the upperbody movement and feel that it's an upper body exercise but all the drive is from the lower body. I'm loving your videos, chica! :D FANTASTIC! :D YAY!
