A great cardio stand alone exercise or stepping stone to other moves, IMHO, the clean is one of the more difficult KB exercises to master.
- when the KB is in the lower position, hold it so that your thumb is pointing behind you, in rack position, the thumb is still pointing back.
- if your hip snap is weak, cleaning the KB off the floor instead from the knees sometimes helps to generate enough power.
