Weight Loss!

I have officially lost 34.8 lbs! I think that slow and steady wins the race. My goal is to have 40 lbs total off by the end of july because that is when my vacation starts.I know that is quite ambitous but it helps keep me on track. It truly feels good to be lighter this year than I was last year. I still have a ways to go but I am working towards my goal!

    I am so happy for you, and stick to your food tracking and getting that morning fitness in.

    Make sure to take lots of photos during your July summer vacation to celebrate your success. Maybe find some kind of trinket or really splurge on a "ME" item you wouldn't have regularly. emoticon
