Day One: Every Day

Too Much Fun!! I love SPARKPEOPLE! I am gonna totally dig this!! I wanted to share my 1st Journal entry because I have been saving a weight journal for 25 yrs!!!

This is my first journal entry! That's exciting! I've written journal's before! I still have one from 1985 that contains all my measurements, weights, feelings, etc since I gave birth to my NOW 25 yr old son! It's stayed with me through 3 more boys and 3 total husbands!! This journal is particularly awesome because I can look at what I weigh now at 46 yrs old, and see what I weighed at 21. Take my measurements now, and compare to then!! 25 yrs ago! What I see is my body composition has changed. I am smaller and weigh more---it's really rather remarkable. I am a big fan of the journal! I will continue to add info to the 1985 journal--but this will be nice to start that kind of reference here fall back to.

What I try to do every day and for 25 yrs is to start each morning like Day One..fresh start..start where I am. It's good to look back, but it's more important to look at TODAY. :)
