Sunny Gals Fitness Test-July 1

Plank: 1 minute (good category)
Push-ups: 14 (good category)
Squats: 50 (great category!)
Flexibility: less than 90 degrees (fair...or horrible if that was an option. Need to work on it)
Balance: 28 seconds (good category)
Bar Squats: Good category
Lap test: 1 minute, 40 seconds (fair...in my defense the numbers they have on there are unrealistic)
Treadmill tempo: 3.2 miles (fair...also unrealistic in my opinion)
Step-ups/V02 Max: 91 bpm (great category!)
Posture: Great category

Phew! That was a difficult test! We'll see in a couple of months if I can improve on any of that--especially my flexibility. Anyone have ideas for improving the flexibility of a 5'10" woman who has NEVER (not even in grade school) been able to touch her toes????

    Yoga or Pilates, or maybe just reaching your toes while sitting, legs apart and keep working on reaching further. Nice you know what you can work on to improve!
