Great Training Day

I am so excited! I worked with my trainer tonite - first time working on the legs with her in a long time. I have been keeping up on my walking/jogging and found that I have not lost too much in the squats, lunges, leg lifts, gluts, inner muscles, etc.
Still a little swelling in the knee but it did not bother me.
I really enjoy the focus on the training twice a week. It is rejuvanating and inspirational to keep on the path to health.
