Boot Camp: Day 2

Today, we did an upper body workout. We worked out for a full 60 minutes again. I wasn't sure I'd be able to do all the exercises tonight, since I am still sore from Monday's workout, but I did it!!! I am so proud of my progress so far. I'm actually looking forward to the ab workout I'm going to do at home tomorrow. I can't wait for Saturday morning's boot camp, another full body workout!
