Healthy Take Out Food......Wendy's salad (NOT)

Yesterday I was feeling pretty good about myself. I weighed in on a team challenge --- down two pounds. I was picking up lunch to take to my daughters house and we had agreed on Chinese food. On the drive over I am doing the self chat...."why am I going to blow the weight loss with food that I know is not "healthy" think about a better choice, no I deserve a reward," (you all know that line) anyway the "good" wins out and I call my daughter and I told her that I was going to grab a salad, would she like to change her mind. She says yes, I'll have a salad too. I stopped at Wendy's.
They have a new line of salads. I had the Apple Pecan with Grilled Chicken. (Sounds healthy) Well I just looked up the calories...........holy mother of ---!!!
If I read this chart correct on the Wendy's web site this is the break down:
Cal's 580 fat 27 carb 50 protein 38 sugar 39
sodium 1590 fiber 6
I say again, I am only human and I may have read the chart wrong so please check for yourself.
BUT WHAT THE HECK IS HEALTHY ABOUT THIS SALAD when there is this much salt and sugar in it.!!!!!!!
I am so mad, at myself and at Wendy's for portraying a healthier choice, that is NOT that healthy.
Sorry I just had to vent and also send a warning to any one else that might be tempted into these murky waters of the deception of the fast food places!
