Weekly Weigh-in

This week I lost 1.4lbs! emoticon
My goal is to lose between 1 to 2lbs a week, so I'm right on target! emoticon
This was a great week for me since I started the C25k program on Sunday and I'm feeling really good about my journey...everything I want- to be thin, fit, and healthy- finally seems within reach. Its a wonderful feeling.
