Of course this morning I had to get up & get dressed & go to work.

I will definitely need to get a workout in as I did have cheese fries & a vanilla shake for lunch.

I know I know, an ounce of prevention (4-5 servings of fruits & veggies) is worth 2 hours of cardio & walking. lol

Oh, I had a shadow on my last so I had to go for seconds. So I found this cartoon & I had to share it. lol
