W1D2 Complete!

This morning I completed the 2nd workout of Week 1 on C25k! Yay me! It wasn't bad at all- I bought a new Nike dri-fit visor that really helped. I wear sunglasses, but the sun still bothers me eyes so adding the visor was great! Plus I picked up some new athletic socks which were considerably more comfortable.

I accidentally put my iPod on week 2 instead of 1 so my first running interval was 90 seconds (rather than 60). I didn't even notice! I figured it was just 60 seconds until he said "Now slow down for 2 minutes" and that was weird because its normally 90 seconds of walking between running, so thats when I figured out my mistake and re-started it. Which means I actually got in an extra 7 or so minutes!

I feel great and its awesome to know I'm one more day closer to a 5k!
