Beyond the scale - My first non-weight goal.

So I've been trying to think of something to work towards as a goal besides the number on the scale. It came to me this morning that I want to feel comfortable in a tank top.
Four ways to work on my goal:
1. Food tracking/diet (already doing this)
2. working on the keratosis pilaris (in progress)
3. Arm toning exercises. I think that this is going to be my next exercise goal. I might do the 100 push-up challenge or I might pick 2-3 arm toning exercises to do 3-4 days a week...not sure yet. Must remember to start small.
4. Gain confidence with myself! This is the theory that I need to meet myself halfway. I want to be more comfortable in my own body, even if isn't perfect so I'm going to start with one piece and work from there.
The irony here is that #4 is probably going to be the hardest.
