Week 2...

Might as well call this Week 1 Redo...I've been tracking and staying well within the parameters set by SP. I've been drinking lots of water and trying to be more active, although I only "worked out" once. I've gained 2 lbs! What the... I should know better. At 53 and "dieting" since I was 13, I should know that I cannot eat that amount of carbs and lose weight. I found the South Beach Diet Team here. It has worked for me in the past. This time I intend to gradually add back the good carbs to .give me a program that I can "live" with. Every other time I've done SB, I've done very well, but I did not do the transition to phase 2 as they suggest. Always looking for the fastest results. I did a 20 min cardio workout yesterday. I intend to go home and put the AC on and do at least another 20 min today. Now what to do with all the light bread and snacks that I just bought...
