Feeling a little sore

My first C25k workout was yesterday morning and holy crap...I'm feeling a little sore today. I felt great all throughout the walk/run and stretched really well afterwards, but when I got up this morning, my legs and abs were killing me! I kind of love it, haha! It feels good to know I have sore muscles because I had a great workout. I've been "active" but haven't officially worked out in a while, so its great to be back.
I just hope I'm not too sore tomorrow, so I can get out there and do it all over again!
