Week 1

So, after a week of making a true effort in my weight loss and trying to be healthier, I have to say I feel better and am pleased with the week. I didn't stay within the calorie range everyday, but overall it was a decent week. I ate out more than I wanted to (4 or 5 times), and didn't quite get enough workouts in for the week. SO...here are the goals for this coming week:

1. Get in 3 workouts for the couch to 5K

2. Get 64 oz of plain water in (1 on drive to work, 1 during working day, 1 on drive home from work)

3. Track food daily

4. Limit eating out..aim for ZERO!!

5. Stay under 1500 calories a day

I have to say that after the first week, I am still feeling motivated and do believe that I can stick with this. I am looking forward to starting the couch to 5k program tomorrow and seeing the results and being able to run!
