Weekend's coming ...

This will be my first weekend. I've always fallen apart on the weekends. The lack of structure and being home has been my downfall in the past. The structure of being at work from 7:30 to 4:30 helps. I bring my lunch and snacks and there's plenty of ice and cold water. There are very few temptations (except for payday pizza day and birthday celebrations, both of which happened yesterday). I'm gearing up for this weekend. I went shopping yesterday and bought fresh salad fixings and fruit. I stocked up on Crystal Light and 100 calorie snacks to take any edge off. I have all intentions of starting some kind of exercise...And I will be on SP!! Hopefully, I can stick to my plan to the best of my ability. Just have to wait and see...
