Day 1 - I did it!

I got through day one again! I even managed over 30 mins of exercise.
Exercise is something else I struggle with! I prefer to be doing something at the same time as exercising ie walking the dogs. Yesterday I began weeding our potato patch which has been somewhat neglected since I planted them, so it was heavy going. I plan to do more today.
I stuck to the plan yesterday, though it was incredibly hard in the evening, but I stuck with it, go me! Some of my tactics for dealing with the munchies - I rang my daughter I don't eat whilst on the phone. Ate fruit and zero fat yogurt.
I need to find some sort of hand work (I'm a quilter who mainly does machine work) to do in the evenings when I'm too tired to use the machine. When my hands are busy the munchies rarely bother to call round they know I am focused on something else!
