Back on track

So yesterday I was in a blah kind of mood and I didn't finish my workout (I did only 10 mins. on the ellipticle instead of 20). Today I'm back on track and did the whole 20 mins. on the ellipticle trainer plus some strength training. I'm feeling pretty good knowing I didn't just give up, I made up.
